Booking and Cancellation Policy

Draft booking, payment, cancellation and change framework for BTT Tours and Travels.

Booking confirmation

An enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after BTT accepts availability, issues a written confirmation and receives the stated advance through an approved payment method.

Quotation validity

Quotations are valid until the date or time shown and remain subject to vehicle, hotel and service availability until the advance is received.

Payment schedule

The advance amount and balance due date will be stated in the written quotation. Payments should be made only to the official payment method confirmed by BTT Tours and Travels.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on the time before travel and any non-refundable vehicle, hotel, ticket or activity commitments. The applicable schedule must be included in the customer’s final written quotation before payment.

Changes

Date, route, vehicle, room or passenger changes are subject to availability and may change the cost. A revised booking is valid only after BTT confirms it in writing.

Delays outside reasonable control

Traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes and similar events can affect the schedule. BTT will assist with practical alternatives, while third-party costs follow the final booking terms.

Important: This page states the operating framework. The exact advance, cancellation slab and refund timing must be shown in each final quotation until BTT publishes a fixed verified schedule.
