When you make an enquiry, BTT may receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup and destination, travel dates, passenger details, vehicle or hotel preferences and notes you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to answer the enquiry, check availability, prepare a quotation, coordinate an agreed booking and improve service. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking.
WhatsApp and phone communication
If you choose a WhatsApp or call action, your communication is also processed by your telecom provider or WhatsApp according to their terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and advertising
The site may use analytics or advertising measurement after suitable consent controls are configured. These tools can record page visits, campaign source and actions such as form starts, calls or WhatsApp clicks.
Data minimisation
Do not submit payment-card, Aadhaar, passport or other sensitive identification through a general enquiry form. BTT should collect only information reasonably needed to answer and manage the request.
