Travel, route, customer responsibility and third-party service terms for BTT Tours and Travels.
Agreed service
The final written quotation and confirmation define the agreed vehicle category, route, dates, usage, inclusions, exclusions and charges.
Vehicle and route
Extra sightseeing, detours, waiting, kilometres or travel beyond the agreed time may be charged at the rate shown in the confirmation. Passenger limits and safety instructions must be followed.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide correct passenger, pickup, flight or train and contact details.
- Reach pickup and reporting points on time.
- Carry valid identification required by hotels, permits or interstate travel.
- Disclose mobility, child-travel and substantial luggage needs before confirmation.
- Avoid unlawful goods, prohibited smoking and damage to the vehicle.
Hotels and third-party services
Hotels, attraction operators, safaris, local jeeps, guides and activity providers may have their own terms. Their inclusions and cancellation rules will be disclosed when BTT arranges them.
Attraction access
Itineraries are practical plans, not guarantees that every attraction will be visited. Weather, traffic, opening days, tickets, permits, road conditions and group pace can require adjustments.
